Case Study For Obstructive Sleep Apnea
Management of obstructive sleep apnea was achieved with maxillomandibular advancement in a counterclockwise fashion. Orthodontics was completed post-surgery due to time constraints. Polysomnography was acquired 1.5 years post-surgery with no evidence of OSA. Facial balance improvement was achieved along with treatment of OSA.
