Total Joint Replacement (TJR)

Total Joint Replacement (TJR) is a surgical procedure that replaces a damaged or broken temporomandibular joint with a prosthetic joint. The surgery is recommended for individuals who suffer from severe jaw joint pain, dysfunction, and limited jaw movement. The surgery aims to restore joint function, alleviate pain, and improve overall jaw functionality and quality of life. It can be performed in combination with single and double jaw surgery as well.
