Total Subapical Segmental Osteotomy.

The patient had squamous cell carcinoma in his mandible, necessitating a radical neck dissection and mandibular resection, followed by mandibular reconstruction using a fibula graft. These treatments, combined with radiation therapy, resulted in malocclusion. To correct this, a total subapical osteotomy was performed, realigning the lower teeth and improving bite function.
