About The Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) Surgery
Patient with an initial chief complaint of waking up during sleep due to gasping for breath. Later polysomnography diagnosis of OSA was established. Management of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) was achieved with MMA and genioplasty. The 6-month postoperative sleep study cleared the patient of no OSA despite benign slight snoring.
